Jamie Dameron to Present at In-House Counsel Seminar

Attorney Jamie Dameron will be speaking at the Evansville Bar Assocation’s Hot Topics for In-House Corporate Counsel Seminar on Friday October 25, 2024. Presenting “Chevron: What the In-House Attorney Should Know,” she will discuss the Supreme Court’s recent overturning of the Chevron doctrine in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, 144 S.Ct. 2244 (June 28, 2024) as well as regulatory compliance considerations after Loper Bright.

Jamie’s advises clients on complex environmental risks and liabilities and helps guide operational decisions impacting regulatory compliance. Prior to practicing law, she managed the technical aspects of environmental pojects as a consulting geologist for industrial and manufacturing clients through the Midwest.
