Dameron Named Partner

We are excited to announce the admission of Jamie Dameron as a partner effective January 1, 2021. Jamie has been a valuable member of Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP since our beginning. Jamie’s practice focuses on environmental law. She assists clients in transactions and regulatory compliance matters involving environmental issues and has experience with environmental audits, civil penalty mitigation strategies, agency settlement negotiations and pollution prevention options. She also represents parties with environmental matters in litigation before administrative agencies and in state and federal court.

Her real-world experience means she can assist clients of all sizes as they navigate complex environmental issues.”

Jamie serves on the Executive Council of the Indiana State Bar Association Environmental Section and has also served in past leadership roles for the Indiana Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association and Indianapolis Bar Association Environmental Section. She was named a Best Lawyer in America for 2021 in the areas of Environmental Law and Environmental Litigation. She also serves on the volunteer Board of Directors for Wesselman Nature Society.

Jamie and her husband Brad are the proud parents of two sons. The family resides in Newburgh and enjoy outdoor activities including hiking and mountain biking throughout the forests in Southern Indiana. Their favorite spots close to home are Wesselman Woods, Howell Wetlands, Scales Lake Park and Mesker Park Zoo.
