OZETE PRESIDENT ELECT OF EVANSVILLE BAR ASSOCIATION

FSO Partner Andrew C. Ozete was selected as President Elect of the Evansville Bar Association Board of Directors at the Association’s annual meeting. The Evansville Bar Association’s mission is to enhance the practice of law, cultivate professional excellence, promote high ethical standards and uphold the honor of the profession. The Evansville Bar Association is one of the largest local bar associations in the state with over 550 attorney and paralegal members.

Andy’s practice is centered on advising businesses, banking and creditors’ rights, including bankruptcy, State Court, and negotiated workout solutions. He has represented businesses, financial institutions, trade creditors, and debtors in transactions, leases, litigation, business workouts, loan restructurings, and Chapter 11 cases. Andy advises institutional clients and small business owners in a wide range of matters, and serves in general counsel capacity for various clients. He is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification.
