Attorneys to Present Mock Bankruptcy Trial

Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP attorneys Terry Farmer, Laura Scott and Andy Ozete are partnering with the River Valley Chapter of the Risk Management Association to present a mock bankruptcy trial. The presentation will feature three real-life bankruptcy case vignettes:

• Motion for relief from stay

• Motion to use cash collateral

• Motion for 363 sale

Laura Scott will preside as Judge during the mock trial, with Terry Farmer and Andy Ozete serving as attorneys. Risk Management Association members will participate as witnesses, making this presentation interactive and educational.

The mock trial will be held in the Courtroom at the Old Courthouse on Thursday August 22, 2019. Cocktails begin at 4:30 with the presentation beginning at 5:30pm. The presentation provides 2 hours of Continuing Professional Education for Certified Public Accountants and 2 CEU hours toward Credit Risk Certification.
