DAMERON IN EVANSVILLE OFFICE

Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP is pleased to announce attorney Jamie Dameron is now in residence in the Evansville office.

Jamie helps clients address environmental risks and liability in transactions and manage their day-to day regulatory environmental compliance. Through risk planning, including audit assistance, agency settlement negotiations and pollution prevention options, she works on turning environmental compliance challenges into cost-effective best practices. She works with lenders and businesses to identify funding and risk-minimization options to help structure deals of all sizes and move transactions forward. Jamie also litigates when regulatory, contract, insurance coverage and environmental cost recovery disputes arise.

Her experience as an Indiana licensed professional geologist helps frame the practical and technical considerations of environmental law. Before practicing law, she worked as an environmental consultant, who managed and performed environmental compliance and cleanup projects under federal and state environmental programs throughout the Midwest.

Jamie and her family recently relocated to Newburgh, having spent the last several years working remotely in Texas. She and her husband Brad are enjoying the summer with their two sons, who are busy making friends and playing basketball.
