ROBINSON VICE-PRESIDENT OF EVANSVILLE BAR FOUNDATION

FSO Partner Dan Robinson was recently elected Vice-President of the Evansville Bar Foundation. The Evansville Bar Foundation’s mission is to promote justice and improve lives through the law. In 2018, the Evansville Bar Foundation awarded over $25,000 in grants to local organizations in furtherance of the Foundation’s mission. In addition, the Foundation also assists in coordinating the annual Randall T. Shepard Lecture Series, named after long-time Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice and Evansville native Randall T. Shepard.

Dan’s practice is centered on advising businesses in connection with start-up and entity selection issues, preparation of corporate records, business acquisitions and sales, real estate transactions, contract review and negotiations, and shareholder agreements involving buy-sell provisions and shareholder restrictions. He also handles business and commercial litigations disputes.
