Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP is pleased to announce the re-election of its leadership team.
Laura A. Scott has been elected as the firm’s Managing Partner. Laura has practiced for 29 years and is admitted to practice in Indiana and Kentucky. She works with business clients to help them manage risks when buying or selling a business, entering into a new contract, or dealing with employee issues. When issues arise that cannot be resolved through negotiation, her courtroom experience helps enforce client rights. Laura also serves in leadership positions with Impact EVV, the Risk Management Association and the Evansville Bar Foundation.
Daniel R. Robinson, Jr. has been selected as Firm Chairman. He has practiced for 17 years, primarily in business transactions and business disputes. Licensed to practice in Indiana and Illinois, Dan’s practice is centered on advising businesses in connection with start-ups, business acquisitions and sales, real estate transactions, and contract review and negotiations. Dan also serves as a Trustee for the University of Evansville and was Past President of their Alumni Association.
