SCOTT ELECTED SECRETARY OF EVANSVILLE BAR FOUNDATION

FSO Partner Laura Scott was recently elected to serve as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the John L. Sanders Memorial - Evansville Bar Foundation. The Evansville Bar Foundation’s mission is to promote justice and improve lives through the law. In 2023, the Evansville Bar Foundation awarded over $22,000 in grants to local organizations in furtherance of the Foundation’s mission. In addition, the Foundation also assists in coordinating the annual Randall T. Shepard Lecture Series, named after long-time Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice and Evansville native Randall T. Shepard.  

Laura works with business owners starting a business, buying or selling a business, entering into a new contract, or dealing with employee issues. Laura also works with financial service providers in commercial transaction matters. Laura is admitted to practice in Indiana and Kentucky.
