Ozete Presenting at 2024 Bankruptcy Institute

FSO Legal Partner Andy Ozete is presenting at the December 28, 2024 ICLEF Steven H. Ancel Bankruptcy Institute. He is a member of the faculty for “Bankruptcy Alternatives: Receiverships, Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, and Other Solutions”. The Bankruptcy Institute is presented live in Indianapolis and via webcast.

Andy is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues.
