Beth Burger Elected to Catholic Foundation Board of Directors
Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP attorney Beth Burger has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for The Catholic Foundation of Southwestern Indiana, Inc. The Catholic Foundation of Southwestern Indiana is a not-for-profit charitable organization whose mission is to serve God through providing perpetual funding for Catholic causes. In carrying out its mission, the Foundation assists individuals in establishing philanthropic legacies that are uniquely aligned with their Catholic values and beliefs. The Foundation manages permanent endowments, charitable gift annuities, donor advised funds, and other planned giving vehicles. The Catholic Foundation of Southwestern Indiana is one of the leading Catholic foundations in the United States.
The Foundation’s Board of Directors represents the four deaneries of the Diocese of Evansville covering twelve counties in Southwestern Indiana. The Board provides leadership and oversight of nearly 700 separate endowments and permanent gifts to ensure that the Foundation not only performs its fiduciary responsibilities but also conducts socially responsible investment management within the guidelines of the Catholic faith.
As a member of the Board of Directors, Burger also serves on the Finance Committee for the Foundation.
