Congratulations are in Order

Laura Scott has been selected as a 2022 Woman Leader in the Law by The American Lawyer. This selection is based on Laura’s AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Laura helps clients manage risks when starting a business, buying or selling a business, entering into a new contract or protecting what they have worked to build. Her practice areas include banking and financial institutions, business and commercial transactions, employment, manufacturing, and real estate.

Laura is very active in the charitable community and in the legal profession. To highlight a few of her current leadership positions, she is the Chair of the Impact EVV Foundation and is a member of the Advisory Board and Chair of the Grants Committee of the Women’s Fund of Vanderburgh County. Laura is also Board member of the Evansville Bar Foundation and the Risk Management Association. She is a past President of the Evansville Bar Association, the Vanderburgh Law Library Foundation and the Risk Management Association.
