Dameron Elected to Wesselman Woods Board

Jamie B. Dameron, a partner with the law firm of Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP, was elected to serve on the Wesselman Woods Board of Directors. The Board is dedicated to the well-being of Wesselman Woods and its mission of connecting people with nature and promoting sustainability and conservation. Located in Evansville, Indiana, Wesselman Woods is the largest urban forest of its kind in the country. It is protected as a state designated nature preserve and designated as a national natural landmark. Howell Wetlands, a 35-acre oxbow lake and wetland on the west side of Evansville, is also managed by Wesselman Woods.

Jamie’s practice focuses on environmental law. She advises businesses on environmental compliance, assists clients with legacy cleanup strategies and guides those addressing environmental risks in transactions. Prior to practicing law, Jamie worked as consulting geologist assisting businesses with technical environmental solutions.
