Schmitt Named to Evansville Courier and Press 20 Under 40

Each year, the Evansville Courier and Press recognizes 20 emerging leaders in our region who are under the age of 40. Lindsay’s nomination highlighted her focus on helping families navigate the estate planning process.

Lindsay Schmitt concentrates her practice on assisting individuals and families in attaining their estate planning objectives through the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Durable General Powers of Attorney and advance healthcare directives. With proactive planning, Lindsay helps families prepare for long-term care expense and also assists in situations in which it is necessary to seek Medicaid assistance for the payment of long-term care expense.
