Ozete to Present at Corporate Counsel Seminar

Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP attorney Andy Ozete will present at a seminar titled, “In-House Corporate Counsel Hot Topics 2019” on October 22, 2019. The seminar is hosted by the In-House Corporate Counsel Section of the Evansville Bar Association.

Andy’s practice is centered on advising businesses, banking and creditors’ rights, including bankruptcy, State Court, and negotiated workout solutions. He has represented businesses, financial institutions, trade creditors, and debtors in transactions, leases, litigation, business workouts, loan restructurings, and Chapter 11 cases. Andy advises institutional clients and small business owners in a wide range of matters, and serves in general counsel capacity for various clients. He is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification.
