OZETE ELECTED STATE BAR COUNCIL CHAIR

Andrew C. Ozete, a partner with the law firm of Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt LLP, was elected Chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Council of the Indiana State Bar Association at the Association’s annual meeting on October 11, 2018. The Indiana State Bar Association is the largest legal organization in the state with more than 12,000 members.

Andy’s practice is centered on advising businesses, banking and creditors’ rights, including bankruptcy, State Court, and negotiated workout solutions. He has represented businesses, financial institutions, trade creditors, and debtors in transactions, leases, litigation, business workouts, loan restructurings, and Chapter 11 cases. Andy advises institutional clients and small business owners in a wide range of matters, and serves in general counsel capacity for various clients. He is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification.
